Q: Can I get a consultation?

A: Absolutely! A free personal photography consultation is the best way to learn about our approach to photography and to view our portfolio. Please call us at 765-883-4757 or email us, and we'll be in touch within one business day.

Q: Can I have a color photo printed black and white?

A: Yes - any color photograph can be printed in black and white. We can help make suggestions about which pictures look good in black and white. Ultimately, you have total control over the printing style of your photos.

Q: What custom options do I have for my prints?

A: With our access to several high-quality photo labs, you have an incredible range of services at your disposal. If you have something specific in mind, please ask. One of the more popular custom options for wedding photos is pastel effects, sometimes called colorization - this consists of a black and white photo featuring a specific object, such as a bouquet, rendered in color.

Q: Can you digitally retouch my photos?

A: Absolutely. We want you to be thrilled with every part of your story - that's why we offer digital retouching as an important part of our photography services. We always focus on creating your perfect photo. Whether it's helping you look your best or creating a style for your photos that's as unique as you are, we're always working to create photos you love.

Q: How will I order prints from my event?

A: Within 28 days of your event, your photos will be posted to a password-protected area on our web site. You will be able to view your pictures and order prints based on an ID number located near the bottom of each image. Keep in mind that the images on our web site are low resolution. You may also order prints based on the higher resolution 4x6 images from your proof book.

Q: What if I have a special request?

A: Please make sure to ask for any special requests before the event. We will make every attempt to capture your request, but please be aware that some requests, particularly for wedding events, will require the cooperation of guests and family and due to unforeseen circumstances it may become impossible to capture your request.

Q: Do you have backup equipment?
A: Yes we have a backup camera, batteries, flashes and lenses in case the unfortunate and unforeseen should occur.

Q: What is required to book a date with you?
A: A non-refundable retainer of 20% of package choice is required to secure your date.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash or check.

Q: How long do you archive our photos?
A: We try to archive photos indefinitely but current archival methods (DVD's, CD's, external hard drive, etc...) are all mechanical and therefore susceptible to unexpected failure.
